jrefresh.com (the “Site”) is the website for JREfresh, a program of Jorgenson Real Estate (“we,” “us”), a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. The same request form also appears on jorgensonrealestate.com, and this policy covers it there too.
What we collect
When you request a walk-through, we receive what you enter: your name, email and property address, your plans for the home, and if you provide them, your phone number, the kinds of help you’re interested in, and your message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site. We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: a Jorgenson Real Estate agent follows up about your home, and we keep a record of the conversation in our internal systems. We’ll send you an email confirming we received your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. It’s shared only with the service providers that run the Site and our internal software (hosting, email delivery, and our customer records), and when required by law. We share your details with contractors or vendors only when you ask us to gather bids for your project.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by replying to our confirmation email or calling (512) 439-3698.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
