Walk-through
A Jorgenson Real Estate agent tours the home with you, then writes up what to update, what to skip, and a rough cost range for each, based on recent nearby sales.
Bids from local pros
We gather bids from painters, flooring installers and other trades. You choose who to hire and pay them directly.
Coordinated work
We schedule the crews, keep you posted, visit the home and help you finish the punch list.
Ready to list
Final cleaning, staging and photos get lined up so your home goes on the market looking its best.

Questions
What sellers ask us most
Will I get my money back on the updates?
No one can promise that, and we won't. What we will do is show you what updated and dated homes near you actually sold for, and recommend only the updates those sales support. The decision is always yours.
Who pays the contractors?
You do, directly, at their price. Jorgenson Real Estate never holds your money or marks up a bill, and we don't lend money or advance costs. Some vendors and outside programs will wait to be paid at closing, and we can point you to them.
What does JREfresh cost?
It depends on the home and the project. You agree to the fee in writing before any work starts, and for listing clients it's paid at closing. Fees are negotiable and are not set by law.
Is Jorgenson Real Estate a contractor?
No. We coordinate. The pros you hire do the work under their own contracts, insurance and licenses.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes. Use any vendor you like, including one we didn't suggest, and we'll coordinate with them the same way.
